Forgot Password Routine

Forgot Password?

When you need to change or update your password, you will click on the Forgot your password? 


You will then need to put in your username, and click SEND MY TOKEN
EDMA Security will send your registered email address a token 



Once you have received your token, you will need to go back to EDMA and click on the I HAVE MY TOKEN button. 



The prompts will take you to the next page where you will fill in:

  1. Username
  2. Security Token (You can copy and paste this token from your email)
  3. New Password & Confirm New Password (Your password must be 10 or more characters, include a number and a capital letter)
  4. Click Reset Password
  5. Click Back to Login
  6. Enter your username and new password to login
